Odisha rolls out Strategy for Youngsters That Have lost one or both parents

BHUBANESWAR: Together with many kids having been orphaned since this past year, following the Covid-19 pandemic struck, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Sunday started a strategy to give financial support to all children who have lost both his parents, regardless of what the cause.
