Odisha: Uncertainty looms over panchayat elections

BHUBANESWAR: Following delay in behavior of urban regional body (ULB) elections for decades, uncertainty looms within the three-tier panchayat election scheduled early next year since the state government is to emphasise that the ward delimitation and chair reservation procedure.
