Office 2 developers closed in the city through contributions

Greater Noida: District administration on Friday sealed office two real estate developers – Supertech and GSS Buildcon Private Limited.
Additional District Judges (Finance and Revenue) Vandita Srivastava said the recovery certificate was issued against two companies with UP-Rera (Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Supervisory Authority) to realize their contributions.
While Supertech must pay Rs 123 Crore to comply with the command of the residential regulatory authority, GSS Buildcon must pay around Rs 6.6 Crore.
Srivastava said that 69 Supertech villas and 12 GSS flats were prepared for auctioned.
The official added that the preparation of the selection roll had slowed the boost against builders who had not cleaned their contributions despite getting a recovery certificate.
“But now, we will focus on being lost again,” officially added.
