Bengaluru: Ola Electric on Sunday launched S1 and S1 Pro Scooters amounting to Rs 99,000 and Rs 1.29 Lakh (former showroom).
Available in 10 colors on satin, matte and glossy finishes, Ola S1 comes with twin headlamps, ergonomic and fluidic bodies, superior alloy wheels, carved seating, and the biggest boot room that matches two helmets comfortably.
The S1 Pro variant is to set a new industrial benchmark with a range of 181 kilometers, acceleration of 0-40 kmph in 3 seconds, and the top speed is 115 kmpja.
It has a battery capacity of 3.97KWH, more than 30% higher than the next closest EV, and the most powerful motor in the category with 8.5 kW peak power.
Ola S1 is also equipped with a proprietary battery management system (BMS) that functions actively to monitor batteries for optimal durability, performance, range and security.
