Ola vs Simple: big participants on the e-scooter market

Bengaluru: In two different locations here in a matter of hours, Ola Electric and Simple Energy exhibited their first product on independence day.
While many competitions, S1 Ola and one claim to offer standard benchmarks.

S1 and S1 each are equipped with a range of 121km and 181km that are claimed.

Ride mode: Ola offers three driving modes – normal, sports and hyper.

S1 does not have a physical key and pair up with your cellphone with the “digital key” feature.

Cycle parts: Simple which has a tubular steel chassis with a telescopic front fork, progressive mono-shock rear suspension installed symmetrically, and a 12-inch wheel with a 200 mm front disk and 180 mm rear disk.
It weighs 110 kg and has a 30-liter boot room.
Ola S1 drove a 110/70 r12 tire, the rear mono-shock suspension and a single fork suspension front.
It also has cruise mode and upside down.
Color choice: Ola offers 10 colors on satin, matte and glossy finishes.
Simple available in four colors namely blue blue, black brazen, white grace, and namma red.
Availability: Simple has been launched in 13 states including Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Rajasthan, Goa, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, and Punjab.
The simple is now open for pre-orders starting from Rs 1,947.
Ola S1 will start sales from September 8, 2021, and will start giving birth at 1,000 cities in October.
Until then, Ola S1 was available for reservations with only Rs 499.
