Goa Old Goa: After resting for several days, the Old Goa Police have caught the allegations of the pawar bro in connection with the death of Joseph Dias aged 54 years.
Dias died about ten days ago after he was allegedly attacked by pawar in the supermarket in the old cave over the argument about jumping the queue.
Pawar could not be traced after he was released from police detention.
Going with the location of the pawar cellphone tracked by the police, the defendant was beaten from Kolkata on Friday.
Pawar has been charged for murder under Section 302 of the Indian criminal code, said Pi Dattaram Raut.
According to complaints, there was a fight at the supermarket after the pawar was allegedly jumping over the queue ahead of the Dias’s wife who was waiting to make a payment.
The police said that the Dias was then allegedly attacked by pawar in the parking lot.
After the Dias gave up on his wounds, the police team was deployed to arrest the defendant.
