Ace Pugilist and Olympic Medal Lovlina Borghain left everyone who asked for more when he prepared a road at the North Festival.
Lovlina wore a traditional assamese sari from Silk Mulberry ‘Paat’ and really ruled the road.
Sportswoman is a showstopper for a wedding collection designer Duo Bidyut & Rakesh which was exhibited at recently at the North East Ninth Festival that was ongoing here.
“Lovlina Borghain uses maroon silk sari with Rose Gold Sifina Zari working and silk scarves with traditional assamese ornaments,” said Bikash Bikash Bhagawati told PTI.

Bhagawati said he and co-coated Chetia together tried to give a new dimension to traditional clothes worn by the bride and groom Assam.
“The Rose Gold Sifina Zari works We use for Lovlina Borghain’s clothes back to Mughal’s time,” he said.
Borghain and internationally recognized actors from Assam Adil Hussain are also made of festivals.
Hussain matches a few steps with a boxer on the road.
Borghoin said he really enjoyed this experience even though his main goal was to win a gold medal at the Olympics.
In the Tokyo game last year, he pocketed a bronze medal in the 69kg category.
Tonight also saw live music performances by Zubeen Garg from fame “Yes Ali” and cultivator bands, along with the Wangala dance by Garo Art and culture from Nezcl Meghalaya, drummer dancing with rhythm of Manipur bands among others.
