Mumbai: EV Maker Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) has partnered with Europ Help (EAI) to offer 24×7 roadside assistance to create a safe environment for all vehicle and consumer ranks.
Roadside assistance programs will include a number of facilities, such as repairs on spots, pulling assistance after damage, drawing on accidents, pulling repairs / in place outside the coverage radius, rechargeable battery / filling point, including telephone support, among others.
It will also help customers find the nearest client’s official garage / dealer, SMS service, user conference calls, emergency message transmission assistance, OSM said in the release.
In addition, repairs in places will include small repairs in place, the jump-start battery, tire problems, locked vehicles or missing keys and fuel delivery, he added.
