Omicron can hit tourism adventure in Himachal

Manali: Even though domestic tourism in Himachal benefits from restrictions on international travel, the country’s adventure tourism industry, which mostly depend on foreign tourists, can see other dark years because Omicron.

Trekking, guide plates, portions, cooks, support staff, agency and thousands of young people who depend on tourism adventure have no hope and believe that many of them can lose their jobs.
Thakur said several operators and their staff only survived because of domestic tourists.
“People in India also take adventure tours, not ordinary family tours.
But this part is still very small.” Domestic clients also bring US business but many institutions mostly depend on foreigners living in the state for weeks or months.
“Hospitality believes the transfer of tourists from foreign locations to India will take them more business and they will have a great business ahead of January and February.
And the adventure tourism industry will continue to be shaken from the impact of Covid-19.
