Omicron spreads in control, said the T’Gana government

Hyderabad: Even though Telangana is one of the top three countries in terms of omicron variant cases, the genome sequence test will be carried out randomly if the number of cases increases among the local residents.
According to sources, officials decided that the sequencing of a random genome would be sufficient if the number increased, and in accordance with the Government Regulation, all samples from Covid-19 tested foreign tourists would be sent for testing genomes.
The state told the center that the spread of Covid-19 and Omicron is currently under control in the state.
The counselor is 0.48% safe until now, also only one first contact of the Omicron positive person is also tested positive.
The state government states that 1,197 patients are currently undergoing treatment.
A team of officials is very monitoring the spread of variants throughout the world.
“Because the severity of symptoms is very light when compared to the Delta variant, testing and search will be used more effectively, and home isolation will be closely monitored,” said an official.
There are several debates about whether the classification of risky and non-risk countries is still valid now.
“Especially now that more than 30% of countries are in situations such as waves as a result of Covid-19 and all must be considered risky,” said a government official.
48 samples can be tested for genome sequences in a set.
“Symptoms may be less severe, but everyone is at risk because the variant spreads so fast.
We are ready to take all the serious patients at Gandhi Hospital,” said Superintendent Dr Raja Rao.
According to experts, the world health organization recently estimates that the speed of omicron variants in close arrangements such as households is three times faster than the Delta variant.
