On BJP MLA plea, HC Inquires Gzb DM tofile Response on black-marketing of oxygen

Prayagraj: The Allahabad high court recently led the district magistrate, Ghaziabad to record his private affidavit at a PIL alleging black-marketing of oxygen at the district, leading to deaths of many Covid-19 patients throughout the next wave of this coronavirus pandemic. The court asked the DM to submit the record of this inquiry instituted by him in this respect after a complaint filed with the petitioner Nand Kishor, a sitting MLA by Loni meeting constituency of Ghaziabad, alleging participation of Shailendra Kumar Singh, ADM (City), Ghaziabad plus a few other men at black-marketing of oxygen.
