New Delhi: Afghanistan’s situation will dominate the SCO Summit agenda on September 16-17 with PM Narendra Modi outlines Indian concerns over terrorism in the region and “general ” in the presence of Pakistani Mitra Imran Khan.
Toi has also learned that Pakistan has submitted a visit by the Indian authority for the SCO anti-terrorist exercise, in accordance with the Group Protocol, India has not yet decided whether to participate or not.
According to the proposal, India must send three officials for the event but the government is apparently not too enthusiastic to participate in anti-terrorist exercises in the country which continues to be identified as a sponsor of terrorism.
The official source said Modi would not visit Dushanbe for the Summit and would handle a virtual meeting.

Russia and China were recently abstained from voting at the UNSC resolution in Afghanistan that India saw as handling its concerns related to terrorism carried out by people and entities designated as UNSC.
Russia sees the same resolution as ” reluctance to recognize a clear and tendency to divide terrorists into us and them “because it did not give the name ISIS and Ethim who was active in the Xinjiang Province of China.
Moscow also accused that there was an effort of Western countries for Shifting mistakes for US failures in Afghanistan against the Taliban movement.
