Srinagar: Air officer commander of Western Water Command, Marshal Air Amit Dev, expressed his hopes on Wednesday that one day in India would have all Kashmir.
He was careful to clarify that India did not have a current plan to capture the Kashmir occupied by Pakistan.
Speaking in Rangeth, in the Budgam district, on the 75th anniversary of the landing of Indian troops in Kashmir, Air Marshal Dev also said people in Pok “were not treated fairly by Pakistan”.
“I am sure that one day POK will also join the Kashmir section,” he said.
“Kashmir is one, a nation is one.
People on both parties have general attachments.
History is a witness that the countries come together.
God willing, it will always be there …” he said.
He remembered that the training carried out by the Air Force and the Indian Army on October 27, 1947 produced freedom for this Kashmir section.
J & K Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha said Pakistan had spread lies for the past 75 years.
“There was a perception that the Kabalis tried to attack Kashmir in 1947 but the reality was that they were the Pakistani soldiers with Kabalis,” L-G said while handling the function at the old airport, on the outskirts of Srinagar.
He said that the army gave a fully reply to Pakistani invaders on October 26, 1947.
Indian forces had landed in Kashmir on October 27, 1947, the day after later Maharaja, Singh Day, has signed an accession instrument with India.
Water Marshal Dev said IAF faced many challenges but the fundamental technology was technology.
Speaking of new technology, such as drones crossing to India with weapons, he said, “We have equipment against it and have been deployed here too.
We now increase the spread with further procurement.
The drone challenge is a small challenge and we will be dealing with The challenge and when it came.
