One held for Carrying Rs 26 lakh from Person to Repay Authorities, judicial officers

JALANDHAR: Nawanshahr authorities have detained nearby resident Sandeep Sharma aka Sanju CM, who’d shot Rs 26 lakhs from the other neighborhood resident who had been confronting financial and property disputes, faking to pay bribes to police and governmental officers on his own behalf.
Sarbjit Singh had lodged a complaint using Nawanshahr senior superintendent of police (SSP), who’d graduated an enquiry into superintendent of police (headquarter).
Through analysis, it was discovered that Sharma had obtained money pretending to cover officials to pay disputes.
Sarbjit advised the authorities he fulfilled Sharma through a visit to Canada and advised him that his firm had failed and that he owed money to many people and had been cautious of retuning into India.
According to authorities, Sharma promised him he can help him he had’relations’ with senior officers.
In his return to India, Sarabjit offered his store on Railway Road for Rs 25 lakh and handed Rs 50,000 into Sharma and afterwards paid him the next Rs 1 lakh for settling a complaint from him which was provided to the authorities by one Vinay Kirpal Singh.
According to authorities, Sharma took various quantities telling the complainant he’s paying DSP Banga, SP (surgeries ), SSP Nawanshahr, SP (PBI), SP (detective), SP (headquarter).
He took Rs 5 lakh for inspector general of government after which Rs two lakh to get a quote for obtaining Sarabjit’s bond in a situation.
The complainant also stated Sharma chose him to offer him an arrangement to market 600 marla plot by threatening him.
Balachaur DSP, Tarlochan Singh reported a situation against Sharma under sections 420, 506 of IPC and Prevention of Corruption Act was registered and after arresting him authorities obtained four day police remand for additional questioning.
