New Delhi: A baby in his age, which was found covid-positive five days ago, was removed from the hospital on Friday.
The doctor at Moolchand Hospital, where the baby admitted, said he came to them with complaints of excessive trouble and decreased feed.
On the examination, they found that babies had fever and ear infections, so it was decided to admit it.

Preeti Chadda, Consultant, Department of Neonatology and Pediatrics at the hospital, said according to their pre-acceptance policy, the antigen test was quickly done and it came covid-positive.
“The baby was accepted at Covid Isolation NICU and was supported by intravenous fluids and antibiotics for ear infections.
Monitoring lid was carried out for four days.
Finally, when his condition improved, we decided to release it,” he added.
The hospital has seen 3-5 small babies in the past two weeks that have Covid-19.
“Because they present mild symptoms, we suggest home insulation.
Inpatient is not needed unless the baby has a medical condition that is underlying,” explained Chadda.
In the past two weeks, Covid-19 cases among children have increased significantly.
