Mumbai: Union, Kanishth Shreni St Karmachari Sangh, who has called on an unlimited attack from MSRTC workers calling their protests on Monday night after conducting detailed discussions with the Minister of Transportation and MSRTC Chairman Anil Puriab in Mantrallaya.
However, several other unions and several other workers refused to accept their appeals and said they would continue broke down.
Kanishth Shreni St Karmachari Sangh President Ajay Kumar Gujar, who is one of the respondents in the court case, said that the Minister has assured that he will see all the demands that include providing financial assistance to families of suicide workers and also carry suicide salaries and also bring Staff’s salary is equivalent to state government employees.
He said that his union was firm at the request of the MSRTC merger with the state government, but would withdraw from strikes.
He added that the union would appeal in a higher court on the problem of ‘merger’, if needed, in the future.
The unity has provided a notification of strikes to the government and has approached the court.
He said that even though they would continue to struggle for a mergger problem and would hold further discussions with the state government to meet their other demand.
In an effort to seduce ST employees attack back to work, Parab has promised to hold discussions with them for further correction in salary.
Parab said that it was decided that since the high-level committees saw mergger problems, their reports would be accepted by the government and even to trade unions.
“In addition to mergers, many other demands are discussed and we have agreed to consider them positively, if the employee returns to work,” said Puriab.
“We have also agreed to take back actions that begin with striking employees if they continue their work and we will also consider if a job can be given to the side of the employee who has committed suicide,” said Puriab.
He said that employees had to return to work on December 22.
