Patna: Police Advice on Monday arrested one of the accelerates of a 16-year-old girl when she returned home after watching a cultural performance held on the occasion of Dussehra.
Complaints in this case were submitted to the Marhawa Police Station on Sunday.
In complaints, the victim alleged that two young men – Arman Sada and Munna Rai – held his prisoners, forcibly escorted him to a quiet and take turns to rap.
They bring the dagger with them.
The incident occurred around 11pm on October 15 when he returned home after watching a cultural program.
Even though he cried for help, no one heard his voice because he blared a public address system at high volume.
The officers of the Marhawa Police Station (Sho), Arman, said Arman was arrested from the village of Senduari and was produced in front of the Chhapra Court, which prevents him in a 14-day trial detention.
Sho said the raid was accusing accused, Munna.
The victim was sent to a conscious hospital in Chhapra for a medical examination.
The medical report is awaited, said Sho, adding that torn victim clothes will be sent to the Forensic Laboratory for the test.
An investigative officer said the girl was initially unable to gather the courage to report the incident to the police because of the threat of the defendant.
