One ration card scheme in Delhi at the end of July

New Delhi: full swinging preparation for the implementation of one country, one ration card (onorc) scheme before July ends in the national capital.
Implementation will come as a blessing for thousands of migrant workers who lose free or subsidized rations when they migrate to Delhi to find work.
At present, all migrant workers cannot use a ration card they have brought with them from Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and other countries to the capital.
They were pounded worst during the Coronavirus pandemic.
Almost all fair price stores have successfully conducted a trial of the e-post machine (electronic point of sale) and ensuring that this is functional.
In all stores Delhi prices more than 2,000, epic machines were not used (except in the circle of rabbits where the trial was conducted) because after finding irregularities in distribution, the government had suspended the use of epic machines in April 2018.
Senior food department officials held two meetings on Sunday Both July to review the preparation with respect to e-posts.
In the meeting, it was directed that at least 50 test transactions must be made on the epic machine by all fair price stores.
The IT branch from the Department of Food, however, reported that even though it passed one week, 117 reasonable prices had not tested e-post devices even for one transaction.
All previous e-post devices were tested in January this year, when the IT department has provided online training to all fair price shop dealers about e-post operations.
After a strict order, all fair prices of prices meet E-POS testing.
An official, who did not want to be identified, said that the government tended to immediately order the implementation of the Onorc scheme in the national capital.
The Supreme Court on June 29 directed the State and the United States to implement the Onorc scheme on July 31 and asked the central government to provide dry quota for free distribution among migrant workers until the Covid-19 situation remained.
Pandemic Covid-19 has influenced people from various layers of society, but among the most hit is migrant workers who lose a choice of livelihoods due to economic locking and sidewalks.
The e-post machine is a must for the launch of the Onorc scheme.
Through e-post machines, beneficiaries can be tracked and the ration’s double lifting can be checked.
It is not possible in the manual distribution, said Shailendra Kumar, President of the Association of Welfare of the Public Distribution System.
