One was arrested for armed robbery at the gas station

Chandrapur: Police Ballarpur has arrested one of two people involved in armed robbery in two gas stations on Monday night.
Duo has used a bicycle stolen because of crime and throw it in the middle when the police are on their tail.
According to official sources, after robbing RS2,600 from the Nirbhay gas station in Gun Point on July 19, the duo looted Rs1.97 lakh from the subham gas station near Sindewahi.
Some teams from Ballarpur and Sindewahi police stations were sent in different directions to arrest robbers.
The police found a motorbike abandoned by robbers on Jalan Chimur-Navargaon on the same night.
The investigation revealed that the motorbike was stolen from Asifaabad in Telangana the day before crime.
The police immediately got a clue that the robbers belonged to Soniya Nagar in Rajura from where one Anil Saknare (21) was arrested on Wednesday.
Saknare, who is a laborer, has claimed to commit crimes during interrogation, police said.
Violations under Section 392, 506 IPC and relevant parts of ACTS ARM have been registered with it.
His Aide belongs to Rajura in general.
Police Ballarpur has sent a team to find other robbers.
Pi Umesh Patil said that he would soon be arrested soon.
