Chennai: A single window license website Upgrade 2.0 has instilled more than 100 services in 24 departments and state governments will add 210 other services below in March, Industrial Minister Thangam Thangam Thangamanasu said on Monday.
“We will ensure that one window is not only on paper but in shipping.
The improved system will have features such as parallel processing from permits, virtual meetings with departments, artificial intelligence chat facilities and approve approval for select permission,” The Minister said.
The minister spoke virtually at the 185th Annual General Meeting of Madras Commerce’s room.
He added that in a series of first investments brought by the new state government, 35 MO0 was signed to attract more than RS 17,141 crores in new investments and produced work to 55,000 people.
