In a month to launch Oneplus Nord CE, the brand has now announced the date of the launch of the next smartphone – Oneplus Nord 2 5G.
The Oneplus CEO Pete Lau has said that Oneplus Nord 2 5G smartphones will be launched in India and Europe on July 22, 2021.
Oneplus Nord 2 5G will be the successor to the original Nord launched last year while Oneplus Nord CE 5G will continue to be available.
The price of Oneplus Nord 2 5G which is expected in Indiathe Oneplus Nord CE 5G is present in three variants scattered at the price point of Rs 22,999, Rs 24,999 and Rs 27,999.
Given the fact that the Nord CE 5G is a “stripped-down” variant of the original Nord and only focuses on the provision of “core experience”, Nord 2 M to come is expected to be higher.
If the report will be trusted, Oneplus Nord 2 5G can only start at Rs 29,999.
There may be three RAM + storage variants from Oneplus Nord 2 5G which includes price points to RS 36,000.
After saying that, there is no official word about the price and you might expect to see some surprises later.
Oneplus Nord 2 5G Possible specifications of Oneplus Nord 2 5G will be powered by the dimensity of the MediaTek 1200 chipset processor.
This will be the first Oneplus smartphone that doesn’t come with a Qualcomm chipset.
Oneplus Nord CE 5G was just launched running Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G 5G SOC.
Oneplus Nord 2 5G is only expected to come at least three RAM and storage combinations including 6GB RAM options, 8GB and 12GB when storage ranging from 128GB and 256GB.
Oneplus Nord 2 5G is expected to come with the same display found in Nord CE 5G – Display of 6.43-inch AMOLED punch holes with selfie cameras in the upper left corner.

The device will run Oxygenos based on the Android 11 operating system and can be supported by a 4.500mAh battery with the cost of the OnePlus War 30T plus fast charging with 30W output.
