Online donation platforms bring hope for less capable & poor

Coimbatore: G collector Severaan on Thursday launched www.nammakovai.org, which will act as a bridge between people who need and donors.
Online donation platform is collaboration between district administration and private players.
This will enable administration, government officials, government institutions, NGOs, home houses, trade & industry agencies, farmers and people from all levels of society working together for the benefit of coimbatore.
Anyone, who needs support in any form, can post requests.
Some people have been seeking educational assistance, medical assistance and infrastructure support.
“Many students from poor families struggle to buy cellphones to attend online classes.
Those who need to post their needs in the column I need support.
We will verify whether the original requirements before donors can provide the item needed,” said SamePan.
He handed over the sewing machine to 15 women, the 14th cellphone that had lost their parents for orders and ordered orders to three women who lost their husbands to Covid-19.
