Guwahati: Online registration for various Postgraduate Programs of Gauhati University (GU) and universities outside the affiliated campus began on Friday night.
The university offers around 2,000 seats for various graduate courses this year at GU camp.
Students can also register for a master program on campus campus 46 affiliated in the state.
The last registration date is August 31.
Gu is one of the main institutions for higher education in the northeast and one of the most sought-after graduate institutions.
A Gu official said there would be an offline public entrance test to enter 55 different postgraduate courses carried out by GU (both for the University Department and University-affiliated Universities) for the 2021-22 session.
Acceptance will be based strictly on performance criteria and the feasibility of the entrance examination.
“The meeting of the reception committee held on July 15 has made a decision to do the acceptance process for GU Department and Gu Colleees is closely affiliated based on the MCQ-based entrance for the 2021-22 session only to overcome the UGC guidelines to complete the entire recent receipt process in September, 2021 and entrusted Secretary, University class, GU to get the approval needed from Chancellor’s representative, GU in this matter, “the latest GU notice said according to the official university website, the entrance test will be held between September 15 and September 17 for the entry of students around 55 departments , Online action cards will be issued on September 10.
The ranking list will be published on September 26 and 27 while the date of receipt is 29 and 30 September.
