Gurgaon: Online receipt for undergraduate courses in all governments, help and financing self-colleges throughout the country will begin on August 12.
In a command issued recently, the Director General of the Ministry of Higher Education has released a list of schedules and acceptance guidelines for universities and students.
Students will be able to apply in 349 colleges in Haryana, including nine in Gurgaon.
According to officials, the receipt process must be completed within 20 days unlike previous years, when the process runs more than one and a half months.
While the previous applicants were given around 25 days for registration, this time, they were only nine days, because online registration will be closed on August 20.
“In addition, only two list of achievements will be removed this time, where students will be given two to three days to pay fees.
Previously, we have more than three list of achievements.
This time, we want to cut the process and start the earliest semester .
We have started at the end of last year and because of the second wave of Covid-19, things have been postponed further, “said a senior official from the Ministry of Education.
Of August 12, students will be able to register online by visiting the Department of Higher Education website, DHEEANMISSION.NIC.IN.
Verification of documents sent online will start from August 13 and continue until August 22.
The first list of achievements will be released on August 25, and applicants who have secured the chair must save the cost of receipt on August 28.
The second achievement list will be released on August 30 and applicants will only be given one day to send costs and confirm their seats.
According to the Ministry of Education, if the chair remains empty even after the first two achievement lists are issued, the reception portal will be reopened from September 1 for the third achievement list, before the college must provide complete details of the chair.
In addition to issuing the acceptance process schedule, the department has asked all universities to strictly comply with Covid-19 norms and ensure that the whole process is online.
Calling students to college for document verification will not be allowed until the state government issues special commands about this problem, he said.
“For new academic sessions, the entire process of registration to the submission of costs will be online.
A nodal officer has been appointed at each college for the receipt process.
Apart from this, a committee will be formed immediately to verify the original document according to the course,” said RK Garg , Principal of college for girls in sector 14.
