Patna: When online studies are the only options available for students because of Covid’s pandemic, only 14% of school students in Bihar have access to computers.

Former member of the public commission Bihar Shiv Jatan Thakur said it was truly embarrassing for the country that 86% of school children were deprived of online education facilities due to lack of digital technology.
