Kolkata: All who were allowed to enter PANDAL PUJA – Included for rituals such as Pushpanjali and Sindoor Khela – Must be fully vaccinated with Covid, the Calcutta High Court ruled on Thursday, modifying the October 1 where he had declared illegal payments for visitors.
