Kolkata: The Calcutta High Court on Tuesday asked the state government to only allow the pilgrims who were fully vaccinated and had been tested negatively in the RT-PCR test to go to Sagar Island for annual pilgrimage and reconstitute the panel set to monitor the command adherence by replacing leaders Suvendu Adhikari’s opposition and representatives of the State Human Rights Commission with retired high court judges.
