Bengaluru: The state government has allowed sales and bursts only green crackers during deepavali.
Guidelines issued on Saturday make it mandatory to obtain required permissions from the authorities to sell green crackers between November 1 and 10.
Kiosks must be in designated places – open a page or area where there is a two-way vent together with that space enough.

They must be a six-meter distance between two shops.
The kiosk owner must use thermal screening, sanitiser and mark a distance of six feet for customers.
Sellers and customers must use facemask.
People who have secured a license must be present at the kiosk.
Orders violations will attract actions under the National Disaster Management Act-2005.
The department of fire and emergency services have issued safety guidelines.
They are: Allow children to use crackers only under the supervision of adults, Burst Cracker in the open is not inside the house, avoid loose and flow clothes, if burns immediately pour clean water on the burning skin.
