Koderma: When providing a smooth education has become a challenge in the midst of a Pandemic Covid-19, the school of girls managed by the government in this district faces an acute labor crisis with only six teachers available for 1,400 students.
By chance, the High School Girls CD, which is exclusive for class IX and X students, is located in the Jhmiri Telaiya area in the MP-MP selection and the local State Minister for Education, Annapurna Devi.
In the past, the former MLA Neera Yadav of the constituency was the Minister of State Education.
The Principal of Responsible, Krisari Kumari, said, “Schools have produced a meritorial students placed well in various fields today, but we struggled hard.
We have notified higher authority than our problem.” Sanya Praveen, class students X, said, “Because of the lack of teachers, we were called to school only three days a week.
For the remaining three days, we were asked to study at home.” Praveen added that he aspired to become a doctor but he had to fight in biology because there was no biology teacher at school.
Other class X students, Kumari Renu, said, “There is a practical laboratory of science at our school, but I have never been there because there are no faculty members.
I don’t even know how practical classes are done.” Other students said they did not get a turn in class Computers because of the number of computers and insufficient instructors.
However, DC Aditya Ranjan, however, said that the CD Girls High School is in the list of school models in the district and administration plan to appoint a number of teachers who are sufficient according to the rules.
“District administration is exercising planning to sort the earliest gap,” he added.
