“My opinion is very clear at this point and may be different from other states,” he added with reference to the draft bill prepared by the Yogi Aditentalath government at Uttar Pradesh.
He said what he said was based on data collected after various research and research surveys were carried out in that direction.
He said during the survey, it was found that the birth rate of Bihar was less than the national average.

Nitish said there was time when the country’s birth rate was above 4%.
“It has been reduced to 3%.
This is the result of government initiatives in Bihar.
I have a strong belief in birth rates will begin to decline in this country in 2040,” he added.
CM, however, hurrying added that he does not mean the law will not help in population control.
“What I mean by saying that education will be proven to be the main tool in birth control.
At the same time, it will have an impact on all communities,” he said.
Without taking the name RJD then Prasad, CM said there had been examples when even educated people had many children.
“This is an exception,” he said.
Referring to China, Nitish said people in the country had adopted a policy of only two children only and it was also being seen as to control the birth rate.
