Open space to stay open from 6am to 10 nights in Mumbai

Mumbai: Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Sunday issued a new circular that allows public open space such as parks, parks, beaches and pedestrians to stay open from 6am to 10pm.
From now on all public open spaces will remain open from 6am to 10pm.
Previously, in the order of last week BMC has allowed all indoor and outdoor sports activities except for swimming pools and all other sports related activities where close physical contacts are needed.
But public open spaces such as gardens are permitted to keep opening only between 5am to 9 in the morning.
The Canporator has slammed BMC which states that there is no logic in allowing outdoor sports activities every day of the week but keep the park and playground just open between 5am to 9 in the morning.
Congress Corporator from Bandra (West) said, “This is a good decision.
I don’t see the logic to keep the garden and close open space at night.
If outdoor sports activities are permitted, why can’t residents go to open space and open parks? It seems like BMC only thinks about this with club membership and not about ordinary people.
It’s not fair.
We welcome the decision to keep all public open space open in the morning and evening.
