The total number of related cases of games now stands at 58.
On Sunday, the first example of athletes who live in the village catching infection revealed.
Both are South African football players.
Their identity was not disclosed by the organizer but the South African Football Association issued a statement to make information clear.
The third infected athlete is staying at the hotel designated by the hotel and its identity is unknown.
A total of 10 cases were detected on Sundays, including the five match personnel in question, one contractor and a journalist.
The IOC Pierre Ducrey Director of Game Operations, however, insisted that there was no reason to worry right now.
“The Olympic participants are the most controlled populations in the world,” he said on Sunday.
