Lucknow: The Samajwadi Party President (SP) Akhilesh Yadav on Wednesday warned people against polls in front of the Pradesh Uttar Assembly, called them “opium poll”.
“The opinion poll in reality is opium poll.
We must be careful of them,” Yadav said in his speech at the party office here on the occasion of the Republican Day.
“BJP leaders want to take elections in different directions with their statements.
All types of misunderstandings are spreading on whatsapp,” he said.
SP was previously written with the Election Commission demanding a prohibition of polls on news channels, puttingape them violations on the code of ethics elections.
Yadav said people with “negative mindset” and those who “divide the community” want to take the country backward.
“The country has been freedom through the struggle and sacrifice of thousands of youth.
A promise must be taken to save this freedom, democracy, and the constitution,” he said.
Yadav accused the BJP government “insulted” the farmers during the fight for agricultural bills and urged people to unite against him.
“Children farmers protect the border.
But farmers are harassed in the country and experience the use of strength.
What is done to destroy the protest of farmers we all know.
Everyone must consider the selection of this assembly as their property.
It will be determinant.” Yadav also claims that people’s problems will leave after March 10 when the SP will arrive at strength.
