Bhubaneswar: The State Police Headquarters on Thursday suspends Dimu Parja, Inspector-in-Charge (IIC) of the Kebronus Police Station in the Odisha Eradian District, because of the dereltonya task in connection with the alleged kidnapping and murder of the Mamita Meer school teacher.
The move was followed after Tii highlighted the allegations of negligence of Kebegon police officials in this case.
Meher, who came from Balangir Regency, used to teach in private schools in Mahaling under the Kebala Police area.
On October 8, he told his parents that he would meet with the Gobinda Sahu school president, but never returned home.
The day after he was lost, the Meher’s family approached the police station Kebala to file a complaint about sudden loss.

Departing without choice, the Meher Family filed a complaint lost with the Sindhelala police station in Balangir on October 13.

Sahu was finally arrested by the police on Tuesday and was arrested for alleged Meher’s murder the following day.
