New Delhi: Opposition can use the 127th constitutional amendment bill in parliament, it is intended to restore state power to maintain the “list of countries” of OBC, to demand that the government make the provisions to remove 50% stamp on order.
While the removal of 50% stamp in the quota is the old demand for OBC clothing, there are indications that even the congress can join Bandwagon as part of the 127th amendment bill.
The convergence of views emerged as part of the discussion held between Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray, Congress and NCP leader on Sunday night.
The bill tried to cancel the Supreme Court Assessment May 5, which was delivered in the issue of maratha quota where the quota provisions were rejected because the 50% of the stamp was violated.
The Modi government was set to introduce the 127th Amendment Bill at Lok Sabha on Monday and it will appear for discussions in two houses for a week.
When the opposition demanded that the discussion of Pegasus was held before another agenda, the meeting of the floor leaders of the opposition parties called by opposition leaders at Rajya Sabha Malikarjun Kharge will take the last call about whether to join the debate about the OBC bill and make a break on the parliamentary blockade.
There is a view in the opposition that they can join the debate because it’s their problem, while pushing their agenda by 50%, thus holding a temporary blockade.
Demand for 50% stamp neglect is a problem that must be negotiated by the BJP government.
Discussion between Maharashtra and Congress shows “that there are few benefits in restoring the state’s strength to identify the list of OBC countries if stamp on a fixed reservation”.
It was said that 27 states had delayed the reservation problem hampered by a ceiling of 50%.
While opposition parties, consisting of many regional clothes, are for bills, it is also seen as a government tactic to solve the blockade on Pegasus.
