Patna: Minister of Chief (CM) Kumar Nithy on Thursday said leaders of opposition parties and others criticized the government’s prohibition policy was “hand in gloves” with elements that spoiled the trade in illegal liquor or closing his eyes to the steps taken by government steps to end the threat.
“Why don’t they (opposition leaders) keep watching in their districts to defeat the design of some naughty elements that spoil in trading liquor?,” Nitish, who reached Delhi for the treatment of the eye, told MediodPersons there.
Without taking their names, Nitish came loudly on the leaders of the opposition party who had criticized the implementation of the prohibition policy and continued to refer to the movement of uncontrolled vehicles carrying liquor after crossing the border between countries.
