Oppn was annoyed because VP, the senior minister missed the birthday of Nehru

New Delhi: The leaders of the opposition parties on Sunday revealed displeasure due to the absence of the Chairperson of Rajya Sabha, Speaker Lok Sabha and trade union ministers from traditional events in the Parliamentary Center hall to commemorate the birth of the birth of the First Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru.
While the top congressional leaders, including Sonia Gandhi, were present at the event, some senior ministers and ruling party officials were very striking with their absence.
The leader of the congressional and former Union Minister Jai Ramesh expressed displeasure for the situation on social media.
“Today’s extraordinary scene in Parliament on traditional functions to mark the warning of their births whose portraits adorn the middle hall.
Lok Sabha’s speaker is absent.
The Chairperson of Rajya Sabha is absent.
There is no single minister.
Can it be more terrible than this?!” He wrote in twitter.
