New Delhi: That was a day marked by protests and delays in Rajya Sabha on Tuesday with opposition members, especially from Congress, protesting the repentance of the calling attention movement into a new agricultural discussion.
Congressman Jairam Ramesh strongly protested the repentance of the notification for the movement of drawing attention to problems related to agriculture into a short duration discussion without feeling the house.
The discussion, however, was initiated but chaos finally saw the house was postponed for the day at 4 pm.
While the house ran for a while during the question and answer hours in the pre-lunch session, finally postponed until 2pm as a member of the opposition parliament continued to protest pride on reconnaissance problems.
The process was postponed twice during the pre-lunch period.
The opposition seems to be triggered by the Chairperson of M Venkaiiah’s refusal of Naidu to all notice of delays under the power of 267 given by several members of the parliament on the Pegasus problem.
Naidu said the problem was taken by the house.
“Because this problem has been taken and members are called to ask for additional, clarification, it does not happen.
So, I do not allow it,” Venkaah Naidu said, which led to protests by several opposition parliamentarians.
The chairman shows that Tuesday is the 16th position of the house during the Monsun session, but it has functions at a rate of only one hour per day.
He said discussions about farmers’ problems were scheduled even when several opposition members entered the home well and raised slogans who demanded pegasus taking.
As soon as the house continues after lunch, Bhubaneshwar Kalita, who is in the chair, directs the process, called for a short duration discussion about the problem of farmers.
In this case, Jairam Ramesh rose to the object and alleged that the decision to change the notification was taken unilaterally.
The official Congress said, “chair verdict on December 3, 2015 said the interesting movement could be converted into a short duration discussion after a full taste of the house was taken.
There is no sense of the house taken.
It is unilateral and cannot be accepted by me.”
