OPPO Chinese technology company has launched the second iteration of Oppo Watch as Oppo Watch 2 in its home market, according to the report by XDA developers.
Smartwatch is present in size 42mm and 46mm and in two variants: Esim and Bluetooth only.
The only Bluetooth variant only comes in size 42mm.
Oppo Watch 2 has been sold in China.
The 42mm ESIM model is present at CNY 1.999 (around Rs 22,882), while the 46mm model applies to 1,499 Chinese yuan (around Rs 17,161).
Meanwhile, the Bluetooth-Only model is valued at 1,299 Chinese yuan (around Rs 14,871).
The company has not made announcements regarding the availability of watches in the international market.
With Oppo Watch 2, the design element has been maintained as it was first seen in Oppo Watch, with the corners of Squarish.
There was a curved AMOLED display and Oppo Watch 2 came with Snapdragon’s Wear 4100, upgraded to Snapdragon 3100 in the predecessor.
The Custom Apollo 4S co-processor by Ambiq was also added, making Oppo Watch 2 Smartwatch dual-chipset.
It runs Coloros to watch based on Android 8.1 Oreo.
Oppo claims that the watch (version 46mm) can last for 16 days on one charge in power saver mode and up to 4 days in smart mode, thanks to Ultra Dynamic Dual Engine (UDDE) technology.
Watches are equipped with more than 100 sports modes, blood oxygen monitoring spo2, tracking card heartbeat 24 hours, risk assessment of snoring, stress monitoring, and more.
