The opposition boycotts the process when the question time is taking place.
Citing a record of the legislature of Kerala and an example of another assembly, opposition leader VD Sathean said that the minister’s chairman had misled the assembly on Thursday while stating that in all the other assemblies, the problems in it themselves without dragging him there the court.
The opposition leader quoted the trial of the State Assembly on January 29, 1970, when the speaker D Damodaran Pott had suspended five opposition members who attacked him.
The speaker has also allowed a police officer, who was on duty in the Assembly and who was also issued by members, to submit a police case against them.
The suspended members included C B Chandraskhara Warrier, A V Aryan, E M Meethiyan and Prabhakara Thickar.
“Whatever the ministerial head in the assembly is not true.
There is a precedent in our own assembly.
Also in the Maharashtra Assembly, one of the members who destroyed Mike speaker was sentenced and was also sentenced to six months by the court,” Satheani said.
Citing cases of former ministers in the state, including K Karunakarakan, MP Gangadharan, R Balakrishna Pillai, N Srinivasan, KP Vishwanathan, Tu Kurivilla, KK Ramachandran, Thomas Chandy, KT Jalel and KM MII, he said that they had all tendered their resignation Only based on bad comments from the court.

Opposition leaders say that crimes are considered committed to the government and in this case, where it is the destruction of public property, it is the task of the government to take action against the perpetrators.
