New Delhi: The stage is set for the Parliamentary Storm Budget session which starts on Monday with the opposition will target the Modi government on issues such as the Snooping Pegasus line, agricultural distress and “attack” in East Ladakh.
This session will begin with the address of the President of RAM Nath Kovind for Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha gathered together in the Central Hall and rooms of both houses considering the Covid-19 situation.
Minister of Finance Nirmala Sitharaman will present an economic survey of 2021-22 on Monday and the union budget on Tuesday.
Given the third wave of ongoing pandemics, Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha will return to have separate sittings in turns with members sitting in both parliamentary rooms to ensure distance norms.
