Chennai: The coordinator of the AIADMK O Panneerselvam on Saturday urged the Chief of the Constitutional Court of the Constitutional Court to MK Stalin to hold a meeting of all parties and made unanimous decisions about the problem of Multaperiyar Dam behind Kerala which caused a barrier to Tamil Nadu in strengthening the trial orders to support.
In a statement, Panneerselvam said the ministerial head must immediately intervene and question the obstacles caused by the Kerala government in Mullaseriyar Dam.
He also had to demand the withdrawal of the command of the Kerala government which canceled the permission given to Tamil Nadu to cut 15 trees near Baby Dam when the Supreme Court decided that Kerala should not interfere with the strengthening of the baby dam.
“On behalf of AIDMK, I urged the Minister of Chief to hold a meeting of all parties to decide on the next step on this issue.
The government must move the Supreme Court to Kerala’s actions.
Tamil Nadu should not provide coverage for any discussion about the construction of a new dam,” said Ops .
He said there was an impression among people that the ruling party and partners supported the Kerala government holder.
Although there may be differences of opinion between political parties, MLA and MPs have responsibilities to increase their voices for state rights, he said.
“Maintaining the silence of this problem is equivalent to photographing the rights of the state,” he said, urging the country to put strong arguments before the Supreme Court when this case appeared to hear.
He expressed a surprise on the silence of Stalin about the latest developments after thanking his Kerala colleague, Pinarayi Vijayan for allowing the Department of Tamil Nadu Water Resources to lift trees.
He said the suspension of the main head of the forest conservator / head of wildlife by the Kerala government was not only cursed, but also amounted to the insults of the court.
By giving permission to cut trees, the official only applies a court order, ops said.
