Mumbai: Observing that Prima Facie is proven that the NCP Words of the Minister of Nawab Malik have harmed the reputation of the BJP functionary Mohit Bharatiya, the judge’s court on Monday issued a process of ministers.
Last month, Bharatiya submitted a defamation case at the Mazgaon Court of Metropolitan Judge against Malik for allegedly defaming himself by claiming that his brother-in-law Rishabh Sachdev was between three people who were detained and released by NCB in the case of Cruise Bust drugs.
Bharatiya, in his request, said Malik had used power and its position as a cabinet minister in the Maharashtra government doubt the salary increase and reckless allegations spread in the release of his brother-in-law on national television.

In his lawsuit, Bharatiya accused Malik, a cabinet minister, has been too misused by the dominant position to defame him and his family with a very speculative argument without evidence to support his claim allegedly dangerous.
Bharatiya’s complaint said that at a press conference, the NCP Minister “intentionally and intentionally defamed the complainant and Brotherin of his in-laws to continue the agenda that the narcotics supervision bureau acted under the influence of BJP.” The defense said that Malik tried to connect himself to the drug case Cruise Bust.
Malik has targeted NCB in the case of drug bust.
