Prayagraj: The State Government on Tuesday told Allahabad the High Court that Dr.
Kafel Khan continued to be under the suspension because the separate disciplinary process had begun to him when he was attached to the Director’s office, Medical Education, after being suspended in August 2017 for alleged role in deficiency Oxygen that claims to live more than 60 children in Gorakhpur’s Brd Medical College.
The government told the court that the separate suspension order was suspended against him.
“This trip must still be concluded and the sequence of suspension continues to hold the field,” additional advocates, Goyal Manish, were submitted while representing the state government.
The High Court was hearing Petition Dr.
Kafel, who had challenged his suspension of service on August 22, 2017.
Previously, on August 6, 2021, the state government had told the high court that the disciplinary authority order was on February 20, 2020, where further investigation was directed towards Dr.
Kafel, has been withdrawn.
Taking AAG Submission on Note on Tuesday, Justice Yashwant Varma directed the state government to record through a statement in two weeks, the suspension order later and other important facts relating to the sequence of early suspension of August 22, 2017, where did the kafel Deferred and repaired August 31 as the next hearing date.
In the current Writ petition, where Dr.
Kafel has challenged the sequence of suspension on August 22, 2017, he has revealed that at first the trial was taken from nine people.
“The seven of them were suspended along with the applicant have since been restored while waiting for the conclusion of the discipline process,” added Dr.
Kafel.
In the order of July 29, 2021, the High Court when noting this submission, had observed, “Respondents were obliged to justify the continuation of the sequence of suspension which continued for more than four years.”
