Jammu: The suspected drone was seen near the army area late at night on Friday on the outskirts of the city almost after a few hours when police J & K fired an Hexakopter Laden Ied on Friday morning.
The source said that at around 2025 hours, a suspicious flying object, maybe a drone with a flashing white light was seen flying near the army chak in Kaluchak under the jurisdiction of the Gangyal police station.
“The flying object flies with a height of about 150-200 meters above the ground and looks for one minute and is reported to come from the side of your watch and go towards Ratnuchak – Birpur Village.” The warning was heard, “the source added.
Previously on that day, the police Jammu foiled the terror plot and shot down one Drone Jaish-e-Mohammad who was equipped with 5 kg ready to use an improvised (IED) explosive device in the Akhnoor area.
On Friday ADGP herbal medicine Mukesh Singh at a press conference also revealed that in the past half a year, the police have recovered drones fell 16 AK 47, 15 grenades and 18 Ied in the region.
