Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh has reached a historical milestone has one crore population that is fully vaccinated.
According to Cowin portal data, 1,00.94,961 people have taken the second dose in the state until 9pm on Saturday.
With this, it rises to become the third country in this country to have more than one crore of vaccinated people.
