Greater Noida: Allottes who get land along the Yamuna Expressway but the default on payment will now be able to register for a one-time (OTS) completion scheme and pay money online.
The Yamuna Expressway authority has made a portal to handle the online end-to-end process.
Officials said the OTS scheme was launched from Friday it is expected to produce a positive response now because Yeida has decided to release the total criminal count as a whole and will only collect simple interests.
CEO of Yeida Arun VIR Singh said, “This scheme is available to everyone, including the group’s plot housing And the amount recalculated according to simple interest.
“Allottee is expected to get enough benefits of 25% to 40%, according to officials.
Yeida has more than 30,000 individuals today.
Authority has launched a scheme since 2009.
Allottes must pay processing fees and the number of tokens while submitting the OTS scheme.
The number of tokens for housing plot owners has been stored as Rs 10,000 while for industrial and commercial units will be Rs 1 Lakh.
Group housing plot that must be paid Rs 5 lakh.
The number of tokens will be adjusted in the final payment.
According to Yeida officials, Allastee who has paid their contributions is not eligible to register.
Also those who have moved field or court and other submission authorities against Yeida must attract their requests.
Members of the Housing Door’s Welfare Association Expressway Yamuna, Safal Suri said, “This scheme will be beneficial for many people under various categories.”
