OTT Ashish Bhavsar’s producer has denied allegations of rape imposed on him with a model in his complaint submitted at the Goregaon Police Station in March.
Now, the producer has released a statement that reads, “I denied the false accusations of rape leveled against me.
The accusations and FIR proposed that I was truly wrong and had been done as the coverblast for the initial recovery and my previous intention was against the girl and three grace And demanding more.
When I filed a brilliant shot against them, this fake fire has been submitted as a reflection with the only intention to save himself.
This is nothing but the abuse of IPC 376 as it has been seen in several times.
I have full confidence In the legal system of our country and I am sure that the truth and innocence will win in the end.
”
Meanwhile, FIR was submitted against producers under Section 376 and 506 (2) of Indian Criminal Code.
The police stated that the victim alleged that Ashish raped him with the pretext of throwing it into the film.
The complaint also stated that producers threatened to kill the model if he told anyone.
The 42-year-old web series producer was arrested for allegedly raping a woman’s model in Mumbai.
According to the police statement, a pine in this problem was registered at the Goregaon police station against the defendant, Ashish Bhavsar, in March this year based on the complaint of the woman.
Ashish appeared in front of the court where the court sent him to police custody until September 9.
