Ghaziabad: A 29-year-old man comes out about parole in the case of fraud home getting drunk and finding his parents fighting among themselves.
He revoked the gun made by the country and shot his father in the chest, killing him in place.
Shivam Chanana then called the police and said he wanted to give up.
The alleged murder took place on Thursday night at the Skyspers Devika in Raj Nagar’s extension, where the 29-year-old was lived with his parents and the younger brother of Rahul.
The police said the brothers, who worked as supervisors at a factory at the Gerbang Sihani, were arrested a few months ago in connection with the fraud of Rs 10 Lakh in their office.
They were dating during locking, when several prisons were emptied so that Covid did not spread among the prisoners.
“On Thursday night, Shivam came home drunk and saw his father and mother fighting.
He tried to calm them down, but it didn’t work.
After a while, he pulled out a gun from his pocket and shot his father in his chest.

Around 11pm that the police control room at Sihani got a call from Shivam.

Shivam’s brother, Rahul, filed a complaint, following the FIR under 302 (punishment for murder) IPC registered at the Nandgram police station.
Shivam was arrested from his flat.
He was produced in court and returned in the custody of the judiciary.
According to the police, the fight was public in Chanana’s household.
Shivam’s father, Sanjay, has developed a drinking habit since he left his business five years ago due to losses.
He will not go home for days, which often causes a fight with his wife.
Only three days ago, Sanjay allegedly took a fight with his sons and even beat up Rahul.
