Gurgaon: A 19-year-old woman, who accused four people limiting him to a room, paid and raped him for nine days, was dismissed from a civil hospital on Thursday but did not return to his village in Sohna.
For fear of retaliation because the police case had submitted.
Instead, he and her husband went to his relatives.
The woman should have joined the probe and recorded his statement in front of an investigative officer, but he missed the meeting and went to the police commissioner along with several people and met DCP (south).
Earlier this week, the local school owner who had helped his file complaint was revealed, stripped and parared with a horde, he accused, mobilized by the defendant who had turned it into a caste conflict.
The woman was Dalit and the defendant came from the dominant caste of the village.
So far, two fir has been submitted – one for gang rape and others for attacks on school owners – but no arrests have been made.
According to the source, the accusation of the first FIR and their introduction findings are different.
The person who with whom the woman left the village on June 30 was not mentioned in FIR, said the source.
FIR has said that he was called for a meeting by Chintu and went driving with him and two of his friends when he was offered Air Hing-haced and fell unconscious.
After a few hours, he found himself locked in a room where he was accusing him, he was sexually attacked by four people for a few days and then thrown in the bus holder at Ballabhgarh.
The source also said that the four accused of not gathering in one place during the period was mentioned in FIR, namely June 30 to July.
They added that CCTV recordings and the location of the defendant’s cellphone and the woman did not strengthen its charges in police complaints.
The second FIR relating to the attack on school owners is also under supervision, the source said.
“The accusation is excessive.
If someone is attacked by 40 people, as claimed to be in the complaint, then the person will definitely receive a sad injury,” said a police officer.
He added that in a situation where someone was formed by group 40, it was very unlikely that he could see everyone’s faces, but in this case, the victim had named everyone.
When contacted, DCP (South) Dheeraj Setia refused to share the ongoing investigation details.
“We registered this case immediately after receiving complaints and investigations ongoing to verify the facts.
The right action will be taken on the basis of the investigation,” he said.
